Very poor service and bad quality of food

A very comfortable and budget place in the heart of Pathalgaon which is a small town ||A property such well maintained is rare to see in such a small town||Excellent and well maintained property extremely neat and clean place ||The staff are courteous and well behaved ||The quality of food is outstanding and pure vegetarian ||Nice place

Nice place to have good food.

Food can be a little bit of a problem for South Indians. They use pepper in almost everything. Apart from that all good. Service is the best for the locality they're in. Stayed here for 3days.

Good hotel but the restaurant delivered another order instead of my order. Breakfast should have more items as they charged a handsome price for a room with very minimum breakfast items. They should focus on providing more information during check in what type of room customers takes and what facilities are there in that particular room. I have booked a VIP room but on the 2nd day of staying I came to know that there are some more facilities for that room but they did not inform during check in or on the 1st day.

Behaviour of the Hotel staff is pathetic, they don't no how to talk with customer in service industry, welcome desk lady staff are misbehave with me and my mother and father also, they are treated us like we are staying there for free. i am giving Zero start rating to it. Owner of hotel have to depute good staff, if they wants to do long term business. Other wise whenever any new hotel opened, their business will be zero.

I was here to have lunch. It is a vegetarian hotel with good options right from starters to desserts. Ambience was good. Restrooms were relatively clean. Seating arrangements were comfortable with air-conditioned interiors. Service staff were friendly. They accept digital modes of payment.
