OYO Hotel King's Fort

Bekar place, can't even give branded mineral water even if paid, they don't have clean linen, nobody to attend your needs during night. Food quality is pathetic

Service is slow, all they prefer services in the bar sections only. Is not a Couple friendly. The bar section is quite dirty, Everywhere some insects like cockroaches keep running on the table, no music. Food quality is also not so good and still expensive.

Dirty toilets, no warm water for bath, no soaps, no towel, no telephone for room service, dirty and gutka spot bedsheets and pan gutka spots on linen. Overall a Never Stay Again experience. Despite requesting many times staff is unable to provide these things.

It is very good and very nice restaurant veg and non veg,there is swimming pool,it is very great place for family and couples ,foods price are average,staffs are very good.marige hall,party hall and pub are available,rooms and services are great these big enough. Gym and bar are also available.

The hotel is a little set back from the station in the middle of a residential colony. It's a beautifully maintained property with good spacious rooms and a nice lawn as well. I stayed here for a night as part of a friend's wedding group in mid October.|Also the breakfast is good!

We stayed in the hotel for a day. The amenities provided were basic and the staff had to be reminded of each and every item. Nothing was in place an any of the 7 rooms tat we had booked. The most horrific experience was that no water was available in few of the rooms. On complaining about the same to manager the manager instead of fixing the problem very asked us to bear with it.

I booked room in this hotel via Oyo. And I have made the payment via Oyo app before checkin. But hotel staff has refused to take the bookings and reason they have made is price is too low we are unable to provide service on that. Firstly the problem is with Oyo that before placing any offer on the app they should made a confirmation with the hotel management team. Secondly when the hotel staff has rejected my booking, not even for the courtesy they asked me for a room to stay. Even if you are not receiving booking through the Oyo I'm still your valid customer as I went to your hotel just for the room. But what you did is rejected my request and didn't even offered me a room Please ask your staff to treat your customer well and properly ask them for any help.
