Sunflower Hotel

Pros I am glad to share my experience of staying at this hotel is so far good . Food is also appetizing and good. Behaviour of the staffs is decent and well mannered. Cons I do have issues with the management of the hotel as they are entertaining ill-mannered and people who are drunk using abusive language in public area which is not at all bearable. Secondly, the way they stare at other women sitting around them. It was really disgusting to encounter such people. Thirdly, management should take steps towards the better treatment of their female staffs from these kind of entities. Nobody from outside has any right, in any form, by any means & even by mistake also to touch or use any means towards any of the female staff, this was pathetic infact too pathetic. This is the duty of management to take action on this and make arrangement of the male staff to serve this kind of people and make provision for their sitting at any other place instead of restaurant where other public have access. This is C- grade treatment of hotel towards their female staff . They do have self-respect. It is the responsibility of management to takecare of their staff in all the best way possible.

The room service is very bad. They ignore complementary things.You will be reminded repeatedly about the complimentary water. You will have to ask for towels daily but you will not get them unless you go to the reception and get them.

Room is superb and good Housekeeping staff and cleaning Food is very nice testy

Visited Chhattisgarh for my nephew's engagement and we stayed in a sunflower hotel. The rooms are alright with a small bathroom with NO handwash and a dirty bucket in the bathroom. One of the managers seems drunk and was misbehaving from my nephew's. Also NO staff came to clean the room in my 2 days stay here in this hotel. The staff really needs to work on good service and attitude. Overall I had the worst experience here.

restaurant manager is uneducated he is misbehave with me and my family in front of his all the staff. I'm very disappointed with he's behaviour I told the manager that I don't want naan, you can cancel it, then he said that it will not be canceled, I requested but he threatened me and said that the order will not be canceled

Excellent restaurant with delicious foods and excellent behaviour of staffs, clean and hygienic, Excellent service

Staff are good, well mannered, behave very properly will visit it again
