The experience was good but the service was poor, and I would like to draw your attention that as it is a public place, there was a group of people that was drinking and doing stuff near the swimming pool but no one from the service or the manager were talking to them, and on a few places it was clearly mentioned that drinking or smoking and throwing burnt cigarette is not strictly allowed as CCTVs were being monitored; but still I found some pieces of it. My point of view: They should abide by their rules. My Suggestion: A better, professional management team should do these things.

Rooms maintenance need some improvements. Like filling up body wash and shampoo before giving Room to customers. No Sugar, coffee, tea given only electric kettle was there in room. Blood stains found blanket.So yes proper maintenance of rooms missing. Rest all things are fine. Specially food is awesome here.

Very unprofessional business. A few friends arranged a high school reunion at this location based on a few arriving from Canada and the USA, in December 2024 for 3 days, they agreed to it, then after a week they called and cancelled it. A few friends even booked their flights and trains from as far as Delhi, Calcutta, Bombay and Hyderabad. This is such an unprofessional move and of course what else to expect from a place like that, there is no ethics. Such an inconvenience caused for many people and no apologies.

Peaceful Stay... Bicycle available for your in resort ride.. My stay was Luxurious Tree house More options available and All were great, What i not prefer is their Suite rest all type of huts are Beautiful. And i loved it... Newly built property. Child play area. Cricket play section. Amazing service by team Lot of more things in resort to be added soon. They can help you with special decoration on chargeable basis. Amazing taste of food. Remember while ordering food as they almost serve great quantity for two.. At the end I can say it was worth for money spent. And far better than nearby resorts

Bad rooms. Mgmt behaviour is worst. Just loot of money

I liked the infrastructure as well as ambience. The place is in the middle of the nature. One can enjoy a sight scenes while coming to the place. The resort is surrounded with hills and big trees. Villages in between the road to the resort adds to the beauti. I've stayed in their rooms yet. I've been there with my family for evening tea and snacks. We had pyaji as well as paneer pakoda along with a cup of tea. The items are not cheap, One cup of tea is rupees 60.00, but the food tastes good. People can also have hard drinks here. The place is well maintained. Nice place to hang out with friends and family.
