Best hotel to stay in Korba, Food was great and tasty. The staff are very polite.

Experienced The Royal Kesar restaurant. Food was good along with ambience and service. Food was served in nominal time and was also cost effective.

Wrost service I parked my scooter in hotel and its milometer is found broken there staff are negligent and said it was already broken overall they denied.

Well maintained and Hygienic rooms. Staff behavior was amazing. They proactively helped us with all the luggage. Banquet hall was also good and their prompt service made easy for us to held an engagement. Deducting one star for parking, I know not their fault but this hotel is in between a busy road full of traffic and planned parking is difficult. But trust me, they will take care of your parking for sure.

Excellent service and taste of food is delicious. Bit costly then other restaurants but as per taste and services it's value for money. Staff behaviour is very polite and owner is also of good behaviour. All types of food available veg Non veg and large range of options in food item

Noisy place, couldnt sleep whole night. Manager was novice and couldnt do anything about it. Manager was rude too, kept aruging. Room services takes ages to complete. Overall worst experience. The only positive point to mention about the stay was the room service staff whose surname was sooryavanshi i guess. He was very sweet and helpful.
