Booked room no 105, room was clean No hot water at morning, washroom was clogged, morning 8 am we tried to call reception at no 9 but line was disconnected, approached owner he replied that it will take 3 hr to get hot water. Not recommended

Average room condition as per location with without bathrooms. Shower with Cold water 1st floor room doors transparent dormitory avilable

Nice hotel at walking distance from railway station. Owner was polite, sharp and helpful. Staff is good as well. It has lift but I didn't use it as I stayed on just the first floor. Did not experience power cuts as I was out on work for the most part of the day but I believe they have backup for such conditions. Has room service on call. For a small town like Kharsia it has everything you'll need. Didn't check laundry service. Room tarriffs are affordable. Rooms may need a little (very little) maintenance. Hot water, AC and TV also available.

Good place to stay in small town of kharsia. Rooms are clean. For rs 999 i got 15x12 room. Room service is available. Food is ok and not costly.

Is a good hotel considering small town locality, cooperative staff. They don't have restaurant but provide room service.

Nice Room but frequent light cutting in night and AC not working on Dg set. Restorent also not available . Overall good for stay.
