A great place for weekend hangout, Wooden Glass cottages are good for couples and family too, Sunrise and sunset views are must to do things...only Boat ride activity is available here...

The resort rooms are too big for a couple. The reservoir is only a few steps away. Plenty of wayer, beautiful scenery. One my story enjoy the boat ride. Peaceful destination. The journey is equally beautiful, lush green mountains

Nice place. Scenic beauty is excellent. But regarding the resort cannot give a 5-star review. The room sizes are enormous, but daily visitors overcrowd the property. There is a park within the same compound, but frequently, you will find visitors who came for boat rides are roaming or sitting in front of your doors. Food quality is good, but service is very, very slow. We have ordered well in advance for morning breakfast and evening snacks but during our two days stay never received it in time. The person who is taking the orders is careless. Room rent is high compared to the facilities--no electric kettle, not even a single glass there for drinking water. After requesting a couple of times then they provide drinking water glass. I had not seen such lethargic staff in Chattisgarh tourism resorts. aprt from this, the place is an extraordinary scenic beauty. But those who are planning for a weekend leisure trip like us, to escape from the busy routine and have some peace of mind. For them only I can say, you can enjoy peace only from evening 18.00 hrs to morning 9.30 am after the park close and before opening next day.

Honest review after visiting 3 times this place. An awesome place for holiday, You can go with family and friends, Here you can enjoy picnic at shore of the lake. You need to feel the natural beauty of this place.

No Doubt! This is One of the Best Place in Chhattisgarh. In Terms Of Long Weekend. Its been More that a decade for us visiting Satrenga and Still this place always surprise us! Far far away from the Cities and Pollution. The Sunset is the best treat you can get from Satrenga. Boating Club is also a must do thing. The Cost is somewhere 3000/- Rs. The water is Turquoises in color. Which is really a Picturesque. Must Visit for a Landscape Photographer! Reaching korba now a days by road is quiet difficult, But Train is also a good choice! Satrenga is a Complete Nature Trail. There are a lot of Small Hiking trails you can do beside the river and also near the Mountain but not without a Local Person or Guide. The Landscapes of the area will definitely amaze you that how you missed this place in your list! So Pack your bag for a long weekend to spend so time with nature. The Resorts are great in Size, Very Spacious. The Location of the resort is definitely worthy of its price. I Would Definitely Suggest to stay here for a night.
