Hotel Royal Celebration

Unprofessional behaviour. No one cares about guests in the front office. Security guard is not available & faced parking issue. You are stuck if you parked early. Because you have to wait till others leave, then only you can exit. Really frustrated.

Worst Service Mr. Rahul in reception Behaves Rude and no support in emergency there is staff problem in every stituation they said and Mr. Rahul says all time you have to bring everything from your home will provide only rooms. Room service is very good, best place for vegetarian food, interior is nice, staff behaviour is polite and good experience, best hotel at best location in kawardha I think must visit once and enjoy the food

Very good service, cleanliness and food quality and quantity both very much satisfactory. Rooms are spacious. A well maintained and properly managed hotel. They should display photoes of important Tourists attractions near by and also a relavant map. They should tie-up with local Tourism people to give required guidance and support for resident tourists.
