Dev Hills Resort

Its a good experience to be here. Nice place to experience nature. Bad side is no tourists attractions near by and food is overpriced.

Beautiful. Without exception one of the loveliest places we stayed in, in chattisgarh a bit of a hike - about 5 km thru the forest. The road was ok. The rooms were big and spacious. The beds comfortable. The linen clean.the staff very hospitable and friendly. The lovely garden space in front and at the far end of the garden was a beautiful wooden platform where you could sit & have tea. From this there was a ' look out " area , up a staircase. We were served lunch there one day. Dinner was served on our verandah. Since I didn't want to take my car out too frequently on the jungle track, themanager organised their vehicle for an outing to the Ramnami village.|The food was as good for the remote location. The only negative thing was the Layout of the bathroom ( which was quite big ). The floor did not slope adequately, the shower was in the middle between the wash basin & loo - so the water spread everywhere. But on saying that there was a small " dressing room ", so it didn't hamper changing.||Allina all a lovely place. And iwe would definately go back to Dev Hills if we went back to Chattisgarh. |A big thank you to ' Unexplored Bastar " - for recommending the place & making the reservation for us.

This small resort is located inside the forest area of Barnawapara wild life sanctuary. Traveling to the resort through a small hill, dense forest wild animals crossing the way is an awesome experience. The place is very peaceful Staff is very welcoming

My stay at the Dev Hills Nature Resort was nothing short of magical. Nestled deep within a jungle, the resort was a green paradise, surrounded by lush greenery that instantly soothed the soul. The facilities were exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the food was a delightful blend of local flavors. What truly set this experience apart was the chance to interact with the friendly villagers and witness the vibrant Chhattisgarhi Dance, providing a unique cultural immersion. This resort offered the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, adventure, and cultural enrichment, making it an unforgettable getaway. I can't wait to return!

Great place to be. Staff is very simple.(raw people who talk very limited) they are locals so dont expect this resort to be a professional. Food is ok Rooms are ok service needs to be improved more professional staff is required. you have to be specific for everything or anything you need from staff Over all people are good co oprative place is nice deep in forest. Winters would be great option to be there. note- there is no network, no any medical facility, no any store near by. so ,be prepared before you go.

Once again I went to Dev Hills after two years. Nothing has changed much here and this place still is a good option for people looking for isolated stay close to nature but far from city noise and pollution. ||This place offers 6 cottages which is a king size double bed accommodation with dressing and attached toilet. The room is big in size with varanda to sit. The room was neat and clean . The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. A small TV was provided in the room along with a study table. ||The plan was inclusive of veg meals including morning and evening tea, breakfast , lunch and dinner. The food quality was good and it was made as per our taste and preferences. The taste and quality was good. Ramayan Singh Bariha took very good care of us. Overall the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. ||It takes almost 3 hours from Raipur to.ewach here. It is located on Pithora to kasdol road and the road to re|sort is near Nawegaon border. The resort is located almost 10 kms inside and the road is suitable for vehicle like suv etc. Though I saw a car at resort, I would avoid going here in a car specially in rainy season. ||Mobile tower is not there and only idea works there. |Overall it's a nice place for weekend trip.

such a peaceful area it was!! mind was so realxed and calm there..amazing place with amazing view...This place is in the middle of a dense forest...you will see peacocks there...such a wonderful place..but there is no network in that area..So do the necessary things before leaving... food was good..feels like home...you can go with ur friends family or spouses...you can do campaign n bonfire there...

If you want to disconnect from all worries go to this place, relax , no TV no internet no network. Nothing much for children to do, can play in lawns , Good for a night , TENTS house and rooms need proper maintainance, Limited Fooding , but so so , good part is that the workers were cooperative and try to help with what they have. Overall worth not expensive.
