SPOT ON Hotel Poonam

Worst Rooms and washrooms are a hell. No Hot Water is available even on request, but attitude of a Star Hotel. The rooms are stinky and infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Unhygienic conditions. The rooms which were shown are of AC and no other rooms have AC. Quite cheap attitude of the Owner.

The room is very dirty ,in washroom there is no flush no wash basin with no gun shower no gesture washroom tiles is also very dirty Most important thing they reuse water bottle with dirty water of nali(drain) with the label of Bisleri company There is no WiFi when we was booking they tell free WiFi The Sikh man is also talking rudely The room number 109 is very dirty I suggest you don't come to hotel poona m In jagdal pur tell others also In this hotel the others staying here there children is roaming at 2:00 am at night like Monjulikqa they don't warn those kids Very bad worst

The room we got alotted didnt have a proper lock and because we were a group of 8 and alotted 2 rooms, we paid 200 for 2 extra mattress and they did not provide. At the time of checkout we asked for the refund and they were not willing to refund it back. They talked to us in a rude manner.

Prices were pretty low in comparison to the nearby hotels in jagadalpur. And as we entered we came to know why. Do not expect any thing more than a 3ed class dharamshala. If you are very tight with your pockets you may try it. Here are the photos of reception area toilet just to give an idea.

Most worst behaviour of staff and the highly unhygienic quality of all rooms and bathrooms.

I m staying here from last one month...and tomorrow morning I m shifting to my rent room ....lodge env is quite good...they maintain cleanliness...rooms are perfect .....both ac and non-ac facilities are available here...and especially the balcony I loved most....a lodge in the heart of Jagdalpur city...feeling bit emotional...last day of my stay .... Hv a stay....I found this place as actual SPOT ON..

Not satisfied with the hotel engagement done by Oyo now a days. Pathetic hotel, rooms were also not clean, toilet was hilarious. Oyo, please do have a check what kind of service is being offered by your hotel. Oyo is degrading day by day.

Most dirty room with severe service. No staff was there to help us.
