Hotel Bastriya

They are too polite or every time when I have a work always the staff try to do. They provide 1 clean towel , sope and a water bottle at the time of check in and the washroom are also clean and there is a shower in a ac room over all the ac room services was great & the staff also with the great behaviour.

Small hotel....rooms are small too....no service person available to carry your luggage at 3rd floor !! No kitchen available inside hotel.....no lift available....bed linen was not clean...not recomended in terms of hotel fare.

Rooms are so-so. If you are staying for a long time then you will be facing some hygienic issues. They don't change bedsheets or towels on a daily basis. Even, they don't clean your washroom if you don't ask them to. The only good thing about the hotel is the reception of guests. And one more thing the boys do come and see you on a single call.

Owner need to change their managing staff Not good for unmarried couple Staff boys are roaming around your room like chapari

New Rooms are clean with well hygiene toilet and well mannered staff

Horrific hotel , Bathrooms were all tiny and dark which is very dangerous for accidents, bedsheets were all wet and they didn't even try to change it . No room service bell. Television were outdated and ventilations was bad ...

Rooms of bastriya hotel is nice and facilities available are really very good for night stay. But i found that their service were moderate expensive than besides hotel.
