Hotel Anand Niwas

Rooms were good. Budget friendly. Located in the market area, better that other hotels in that area at if you are searching for budgeted hotels. The hotel offered a delightful stay with its impeccable service. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and provided a comfortable retreat. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a memorable experience. A perfect blend of luxury and warmth, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.

Very bad hotel with bad smell no maintanence rooms quality is bad all indian toilets not good experience in going to this hotel. I prefer not to go again

Had a 2days stay on the newly built 3rd floor . Neat and clean but small room. On the heart of the city, gurdwara road. Friendly people. No doubt it's a old hotel what the entry/ reception looks. No idea about the old rooms. Rent was 1.5k per night for double room.

Very comfortable room. Three bed on the third floor in affordable price. Clean and modern room and washroom. No reason for grievances. Also the staff are very helpful.

Visited on vacation. Rooms are enough for 2 people. However, beds given can be larger. This is an old establishment in market area. No facility of food here. Coffee and tea may be available on demand. Overall okay for one night stay.

As an outsider I liked this hotel. The staff is very polite and good.

Worst place and worst service.. do not plan to stay here with family..people will make you feel as if they're doing a free favor by giving rooms.. these rooms are not worth even 500rs but their tariffs are sky-high... Better look for other hotels...

This is very very bad experience in staying here, not in terms of facilities but in terms of staffs behaviour and way of talking, they charge extra money without any reason and then arguing like they are mafia persons.. it is based on my personal experience and my suggestion to all to avoid this hotel, don't go there if you don't want to spoil your trip, like we already did.
