If negative stars were an option, this place would still fall short. Pros: * Old, spacious property (with an entire lane named VW Grand Canyon) * Convenient location near the airport and popular wedding venues * Ample parking space * Room includes a bed, two-seater couch, work desk, and balcony Cons: * Zero accountability -- "park at your own risk" is the default attitude and poster outside. * Escalators don't work, and there's no staff to help with luggage, no service staff for any issue whether it's plumbing, electricity or locked out of the room. * One 500ml water bottle per room; no additional water or information related to food provided despite repeated requests - outside food is strictly prohibited * Rooms are poorly lit and unhygienic; AC barely functions, no additional amenities in the rooms. * Complimentary breakfast is an insult -- unclean dishes, filthy tables, and sticky floors * Common areas are unbearably hot with non-functional air conditioning

Service is really poor, the escalators are also not working, the rooms of the hotel is also not in good condition and the main issue is customers safety. Which me and my wife have faced personally myself. Vulgar comments to my wife by some sort of political party supporter staying at the hotel. Which is absolutely not acceptable to anyone. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Raipur. No doubt raipur is a beautiful city but some people are simply ruining it by their dirty behaviour. Simply poor treatment and total wastage of money.

The worst possible hotel in my experience. Rude behaviour. Ac does not work. Only fan in this scorching heat. Food was horrible. It looks like a haunted place. No one should even try staying here. The price looks tempting but experience will be repenting

Only thing good about this hotel - big size rooms. Service - Pathetic. No tea kits in the room. They give only 1 500ml water bottle. There are no charging points near the bed. Bedsheets are stained. No tissue paper in the washroom. Phone network doesn't work and wifi is very slow. Food - Highly overpriced. They served us cold biryani for rs.860 that had no taste. Even salt was very less. Tasted like plain rice and boiled chicken. Just having big rooms with 0 functionality does not make it a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel at best when it comes to facilities and service. Highly overpriced. Do not recommend.

One of the worst hotels in raipur I have ever seen, please don't visit. We have booked three executive rooms and all Ac are not working at all,not able to sleep whole night due suffocation, checked early morning and sifted to another hotel. The restaurant was also closed due to least of the staff working. And we ordered food from outside They weren't even allowed in the hotel. Reception staff also misbehaved with my friends not even allowed in the room for a visit . Everything is zero.lift also not working properly I really don't want to give a single star. So please never ever visit this hotel.

This hotel is on ventilator. staff is not at all welcoming. room service is 3rd class and they give you water from tap. you can easily find good other hotel rooms in this range

Worst experience of my life. To start with it looks haunted. At reception the guy says AC will be at a minimum temperof 24 but then it does not work. There is only a wall fan. Very rude behaviour of staff. Horrible food. Staying is a nightmare so left the hotel in 4/5 hours.

I stayed here for 2 days, that was the worst stay of my life. Totally dead hotel - no staff- no room service - no house keeping. If you enter the board speaks (Park at your own risk, hotel is not responsible for anything) about the blatant truth about the whole scenario. Stay at your own risk and bless me for such a good review!
