Location wise the hotel is good. The hotel staff is friendly. The room was booked through goibibo. The room was fairly big. TV was not working. A hand towel and bathroom towel and soap, was given on call request by the room service. From the hotel restaurant, I ordered one plate of Jain chilli paneer. And I received it with onion and garlic. When I asked them about this, they said - taste mein accha nahi lagega!!! Other than this if you want to order water or any other bottle juice, the restaurant will will it costly. Better to come outside for a walk and check the nearby areas. Small juice shops and fruit shops are available. At night there is no car parking.

Avoid at All Costs! My experience at Surya Palace Hotel was absolutely terrible. This establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards expected of a hotel. Here's why: Lack of Basic Amenities: No Wi-Fi, no complimentary water bottles, and no toiletries were provided. The AC barely functions, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Unhygienic Conditions: Cockroaches and mosquitoes infest the rooms and washrooms. A cockroach even fell on my forehead, and mosquitoes bit me throughout the night. The bed linen and towels were filthy, the rooms smelled bad, and the bathrooms were in a deplorable state with broken fixtures. Unsafe Environment: The premises felt unsafe, with questionable activities taking place that made me uneasy. Animal Cruelty: Shockingly, the hotel keeps turtles in the reception area, which is not permissible under the Wildlife Protection Act of India. It was heartbreaking to see these beautiful creatures confined rather than being set free in their natural habitat. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly urge @OYO and other booking platforms to delist this property immediately. Travelers, if you value your money, health, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. This is actually Surya palace hotel. Such a pathetic place to stay for a traveler. All the basic facilities they claim are false. Once you get in ac wouldn't work properly, bed sheets look very dirty, bathroom towel and room itself stinks , soap wasn't there, no tv. @oyo take them out of your list. You will find cockroaches all over your room. Absolute NO to this place.

Cockroaches and mosquitoes in rooms and washroom. Dirty bed linen. No free water bottles in room. No toiletries either. Overall, not a good experience.

Cant go below zero thats why 1 star.... All good reviews you will see are paid one... When you deny to put false review they behve rudely and will not give service to anything Very very pathetic hotel.... Very dirty environment and very rude staff.... Aapki majburi ka fyda uthate hai.... Very bad activities and suspicious activities happen in hotel.... Cant name it here....They promice you one thing and then when you reach there they deny all things.... Asks you name of employees and when you tell them they will say nobody exist with that name.... Plz dont go there....

Such a 3rd class hotel it is They don't even have basic amenities like wifi Don't ever suggest any traveler to come to this place It's really pathetic and a bull shit hotel And the staff is so rude they don't have the decency to talk to there guests
