Hotel Sagar International

Booked a week stay here for people who were coming from abroad. Desk manager is extremely rude and full of himself. Rooms are broken down and disgusting. Take a paper napkin and wipe it on any surface, it turns black. When you tell the guy, he sends someone to clean which only wipes a broom for 5 seconds. After confronting him he'll tell you "you picked the room". AC in the room was also broken. It made sound and beeped when the remote was touched, yet no cold air would come out no matter the setting. Tv only went on but no signal and no remote. Suite room had a random 2nd toilet in a wooden room, no light and extremely filthy (public toilet feeling, but then inside your room) Hallways are always dark because nobody is here (so they turn off the light). There is garbage on the floor, staircase is blocked by broken down refrigerators and the fuse box of the hotel is completely exposed (dangerous). We managed to cancel the booking and shifted everyone to hotel cambean 200 meters to the right on the roundabout. Never going here again.

Had a great stay in Hotel Sagar International...Rooms were spic and span very clean indeed...close to railway station so was very comfortable...Food ordered was delicious and very tasty..clean bedsheets pillow covers and rooms were spacious and great

Worst worst wrost services and staff behavior too bad they served cold food and stale food they were reheating food in microwave in front of us ..quantity is too less according to the price we r going to Sagar international from raipur to eating stale food gross

One's hotel was good, but it is now not maintained properly.

Rooms condition is not good, you will cockroaches and mouse in room and in restaurants also ... not higenic. Not good experience hygenically

Will suggest not to go worst behaviour staff and rooms smells like bar and ciggerate

Worst experience. Not even 1 star hotel. Everywhere cockroaches are roaming around. In food also I found it. Adding photo here. Not at all recommended. Going to complain in good authority for the same. Room conditions were 3rd class.
