Prithvi Palace

The location is fine, but housekeeping and response of the staff is extremely slow. It is so surprising that no room service is allowed in this hotel and no electric kettle and tea/coffee making facility in the room. The toiletries and hand towels are provided, if you ask for it, it's not their SOP.

Entrance onto a very busy dirty main road. Check in receptionist rude, check out receptionist very polite. Room was grubby with no towels provided, had to ask for them. Room smelt of cigarettes. The TV didn't work with loose electric cables hanging out. The extractor fan in the bathroom went into an outside vent but had a broken outside cover so unpleasant smells were coming back into the bathroom. Very noisy. We had a free breakfast included in our booking but decided it would be safer not to bother. My advice would be to avoid this hotel.

Hosted an anniversary celebration at prithvi palace. Good location, nice infrastructure, tasty food. One of our guest fell down from broken chair they should have taken care of this. It's embarrassing. Its worth it only for their food taste and catering service. Cons: first of all the event manager at their premises disappointed us. He is careless & unapologetic. In the last moment of brides and groom entry they said we dont have pyro arrangement. Mr. Raju mentioned( so called event manager) that my worker has forgot to bring the pyro. It was a great let down. And on top of all after somehow the event got over he didn't even said sorry & straight away started asking for full money. The management should take care of such ppl who are ruining customer experience. At least take utmost care about the arrangement because families put their heart & soul for such events. Pathetic & sad.

Good food and good service. Neat and clean place. Good behaviour all staff. Room is excellent

An excellent convention centre for organising social events like marriages and exhibitions.Parking is adequate located on old Durg- Rajnandgaon highway.The rooms are good and so is the auditorium.

Very nice place for all types of functions and celebration. Every persons or family can book and enjoy at this prithvi place

Just 3-4 year old property but seems like a decade old, maintenance is average, room service not at par, toilets are not clean enough, some are overflowing, food is okay but not great, overall no memorable moments.

Amazing place with great food and friendly staff. Loved the vibe!
