OYO Flagship Hotel Pragya 2

Expansive but money doesn't worth it Washroom are not clean and badsheet have stains and hairs. even there is bad smell of toilet always come 0 for cleaning and room service

I went to a hotel yesterday, I had already done the booking through OYO app, when I reached the hotel the hotel people said that we do not provide rooms at such low prices, I had gone to Bhilai to give an exam and it was 11 pm, they charged me extra money, I called OYO customer care but they put the call on hold saying we are talking to the hotel and disconnected my call, very bad service, these hotel people take advantage of emergency situations.

Pathetic experience. The being proper oyo property still werent able to provide me a room...which i prepaid and booked. When i reached the hotel they told me they have no rooms available. Poor service by oyo customer care as well. Didnt got any proper help frm them afterwards as well. Then they transfered us to their another hotel which they were asking almost double rate. Truely traumatized by the incident wasted 4 hrs in this process and i had one of the most imp exm of my life the next day. Horrible experience wont recommend them . #scamhotelpragya2. #scamoyo

Worst hotel owner takes extra charges from booking amount

There is some miscommunication between the owner and the Oyo partner. When you book via Oyo or some other platforms they will not consider it all the time. I have booked AC from Oyo but they refused to provide it at last I got non AC after requesting so many times. The non AC room was not well maintained. The room was big in size but due to the mosquito i didn't sleep well. If you go directly (offline) then they will charge more money and they will try to convince you to book the room offline.

* Staff Behaviour Is Unprofessional And Rude. * Bad Experience staff behaviour was very poor and Bad. * Room Servic was POOR. * We Face Check in issue for staff terrible behaved for giving us A Fresh room. * They don't give us a fresh room. * I had argument with hotel owner over the issue of fresh,good and well room not providing by the staff. * The baddest hotel experience I have ever Face. * We waiting for 30 minutes for check in because of staff rude and bad behaviour for well room not providing. * This pragya 2 hotel is total of issues like AC not cooling or working AC problem Tv problem cleanness problem staff bad behaviour problem.

Worst Experience ever.. Unprofessional Staff.. Owner is very rude. We cancelled our at the time of check in because they are asking for more money. We already booked before in low price.. just hate the service.
