Pathetic condition of the rooms, lot of cockroaches, mice are there. Water leakage in the washrooms, flush doesn't work, no hot water and room service is as worst as anyone can ever imagine. Staff and their manager doesn't care about how guests are staying no cleanliness is maintained Food is tasteless and tastes exactly the same daily even if there are different dishes prepared And the big thing their OWNER his attitude is in the sky I don't know for what reason he won't understand the problem and work on the solution rather he will argue that it can never happen in his orange eye resort. He has gone so low on my wedding day any girl and their parents can never imagine don't trust this guy if you want a good and successful function for you and your guests. These people are worst humans you might have ever seen I will never recommend these pathetic place to anyone neither for food, stay, or any small or grand function. BE AWARE!

The rooms are in the main building is in the worst condition. The hotel DOES NOT HAVE THE BASIC AMENITIES LIKE TOILET ROLL, HANGERS, IRON, HOT WATER KETTLE IN THE ROOM. THE RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED , SO U EAT ONLY IN UR ROOM. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BUFFET BREAKFAST, SOMETIMES THEY DONT HAVE BREAD AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT HAVE EGGS DURING BREAKFAST. The location is in the interior so there is no network. Staffs are pathetic. Overall PLS DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVEN FOR FREE.

I AM FROM BRIDE SIDE I WAS SHOCKED WHEN MY BARAT IS ON THE DOOR AND SUDDENLY LIGHT IS CUT AND HOTEL AUTHORITY TELL THE REASON THAT DUE TO PAYMENT CLEARNCE I WILL NOT ON THE LIGHT AND THAT TIME THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT CHECKED PAYMENT AND NEFT PAYMENT THEY ONLY NEED CASH THAT TIME LITRE RLY WE ALL ARE SHOCKED HOW THIS PEOPLE ARE FOOLING PEOPLE INNOCENT WAY BEFORE BOOKING AND AFTER BOOKING THEY ARE VERY RUDE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS VERY PATHETIC BE CAREFUL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND BE CLEARED SERVICE -0 STAFF-0 PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

We had booked this place for Family wedding on 15.12.24 which eventually turned out to be a nightmare as the owner resorted to blackmailing and extortion when we complaint about the poor services, Since we were the bride side we had little options as groom side were inhouse and we had our reputation at stake. Apparently there are many agents who works for commission for this place to make you book the location by painting a rosy picture. We were fooled by agent called muzzafar. Not recommended at all

Bad experience.. Worst place to book for your wedding/party..do not look for this resort.. Food taste is ghatiya. Service toh or bhi ghatiya.. actually koi service hai hi nhi..

Worst condition of rooms, worst quality of food at times stale food provided, no network in rooms , no customer service provided. Overall bad experience with the services and place . Not recommended at all . . ..wastage of money .

If there is any negative rating I will give u that also worst experience and the way the hotel members treat is third class the issue regarding payment u had created in sister marriage defines the insensitivity of your hotel
