Hotel Raj inn

The hotel is beautiful and new. The staff lacks experience, especially the housekeeping staff. Towels should be changed and cleaned every day and the rooms should be cleaned every day but that doesn't happen. The room service at the restaurant is very slow. The food is very tasty and is served hygienically. The bathrooms don't have brushes, combs etc. Also, there was no kettle in the room but it was available on demand. This is the best hotel in Dungarh.

All service and food are good .., but tall plate should be reolaced with steel or glasses... not plastics RAJ - WAITER

Continuation of my previous review: With all due respect, I'm familiar with procedures, even in 5-star hotels. It's not the process itself that was the issue, but rather how it was handled. A simple room check could have been done discreetly or with a polite request. Instead, the way it was communicated felt dismissive and impersonal, which ultimately reflected poorly on the service quality.
