View is ok.. But room service is worst.. They dont deliver in rooms.. Only 1 staff at a time is available for full hotel.. Always deny for even milk and tea.. Bad taste..

Very noisy, parties and events till late night. You can't sleep even if you have booked the front facing cottages. Poor maintenance and unclean rooms. Bed sheets and blankets soiled with oil and food. Room locks not working. Definitely not worth the money they are charging. Paid 9500 for 1 night

Ii will be a very honest review. Went to amarkantak for temple darshan than on return thought to stay at one night at this resort. Here are list of nonending problem we face at hotel. 1 ) checkin was worst. Even staff at 1 noon did not switch on night at receceptio. No welcome drink or even water was served at reception. The person who took our luggage not informed anything regarding room , faciliites our lunch dinner. Room is basic very costly as compare to charge. 7500 we paid for one night Telephonr not working properly. No wifi no internet no airtel coverage anywhere. Being a doctor face a lot difficulty but they have no answer and no solution No chair at balcony ( what is use of balcony) at lunch we were treated very badly. No communication between staff and chef. Food was served 50 min after order that was also very oily. They refused to provide simple roti in between meal. We didnt complete our meal. Genreal manager was busy with some guest(vip). Genral managers food came in 10 min and we were treated like beggars He didnit appolosise of the services offered to us. Even after order they asked to change our package plan ( to include lunch in our paid package) (very funny. ) Nothing is good theres. Breakfast started late by one hr. No body there to serve you. Being a doctor we have never seen such a bad hospitality. Even they keep 6 rs with them and didnt offer to return back instead of asking for changa at checkout. Checout was worst. Petson who were carriying our luggage was in very hurry , we gave our checkout slip at exit point still securty there not allows us to go , reconforming our checkout , none of the staff person have smily face. Even i conplained to there head office. EBut nothing happen. We paid full amount for our incomplete lunch and most funny part was one policeperson from nearby policestation came in early morning to consult me. We sat at reception for 30 min. No bodywas there at 7 AM and evenafter that no body offer us simple water . They even dont care for local police personel. Genral manager didnt take any interest in guest hospitalty Plz avoid this hotel. As they have very untrained staff and manager.i spoke to management , he was very polite , he has to lookafter in detail about day to day functioning of resort. This is a real honest review buy us as being a reputed doctor

Best place in chhattisgarh very good ambience . Loved it imy whole family.enjoyed living in the Swiss tent and water sports also lovedth food . Very good experience.must visit place in chhattisgarh

We were accommodated in a Swiss Tent, Everything was ok but one pillow didn't had a cover, pool was missing, bed sheet was also not clean, bathroom no body wash was there, telephone was of no use to call the room service, food was okayish, I won't visit again.

Good place for vacations.. foods are expensive... Jira rice costs 299 rs.

The upkeep of the resort is extremely poor. Service is absolutely pathetic. Staff don't appear friendly, leave alone being trained in hospitality. The receptionist informed us that wifi will not work in our room as the wire has been bitten by a rat. We had all the reason to believe her as we ourselves saw the rat in our room during our stay. On informing here, the reaction was so casual as if it is absolutely normal to have a rat stay with you during your visit. Rickety doors which do not lock, shower assembly that comes off. And the staff least bothered when you complaint about it. What a waste of a beautiful resort. Hope the management looks into it and turns it to what is deserves to be.

Great place superb view ....must visit in weekends especially Saturday and Sunday .....night stay ...next morning boating
