Good hotel in the heart of city with nice ambiance Good parking facility Rooms are cozy, maintained with all basic amenities, All rooms are on 4th and fifth floor First floor has restaurant with which is enough big in size with breakfast and menu has variety Second floor comprises of two party halls And third floor also has similar hall, gym and other recreational activity. Top floor has good open area Overall satisfying experience However one issue which need to be mentioned here is - floor mats on the fourth n fifth floor are dirty and smelling which need to be looked by management on regular basis Rates vary between 4-8k as per room choice

I went for breakfast around 09:30 am , all the tables with 4 seating capacity , were having used plates , cups , glasses. On asking to get them clean no one turn up to clear. There was 1 lady with blazer and only 1 serving staff. Food was taking too long to get refill. My check in was also not Pleasant , I asked for water twice , receptionist - male , said YES, but I didn't got water. Room cleaning staff didn't changed bed sheet also. Over all it wasn't great experience

During breakfast people are staring at the serving bowl and as soon as some food item is served they are looting it. No service, no refilling, serving bowls are empty. Only 1 lady staff was handling entire restaurant with no waiters. Worst hotel experience, Not at all worth paying so much for this kind of hotel. They are charging very high tariff compared to what they are offering.

Very good hotel we stayed here during our family function rooms are specious neat and clean. Food are tasty housekeeping and front desk staff are very helpful. Service of Anandam SPA was awesome.. Thank you team for making our stay memorable

Service and management is very bad not at all recommended for any wedding booking. Room keys don't work, finally we had to get the master key for the room. They didn't have any staff to attend our guests not even for providing drinking water when our guests reached the hotel after travelling long. Rooms and location wise it is good and food is also good but service is not worth the money.

Earlier the service was good but now it's getting pathetic day by day. The dining service is very very poor. Lack of bowl, spoon, even tissue paper is not available on table. They provide it only after asking for it. Your meal will be served only after more than a hour.

I stayed at the East Park Hotel in Bilaspur for three nights on official duty and booked a suite room. The room had an old-fashioned style, which was not particularly appealing. Unfortunately, hot water for the shower was unavailable throughout my stay, despite repeated requests to the front office. With the morning temperature at 13degC, I was forced to take cold showers, resulting in a cold and mild fever. The front office staff mentioned they were unable to resolve the issue. There was no dedicated housekeeping phone, which added to the inconvenience. While the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, it fell short of the standards expected from a 4-star hotel as the hotel claims. The staff were polite and friendly, but the amenities left much to be desired. I also opted for a 30-minute foot reflexology session at the spa, but a hot towel wipe was not provided, as neither a microwave oven nor hot water was available. Overall, I am hesitant to recommend this hotel to others due to the lack of basic facilities and amenities.

Price of food is on higher side and taste is not worth of ,ask for water several times but they served after a while so if you have plenty of time with good patience then go to EAST PARK
