It was good experience in Prestige guest house.If you are seeking for staying purpose near Bilaspur railway station,i would recommend this guest house.It is near to railway station.Service was quite good. Staff was very helping nature,as I asked for warm drinking water, they provide in room. I booked through a call (not via app) ,had conversation with uncle (owner),he assured me regarding safety,comfort & convenience of taxi.Nice to meet him.Thanks uncle . In that same street,auto taxi is easily available

i stayed there for one night from 10-11 nov in the name of kishan sahu. Very bad experience. 1 star given only for washrooms. Room was dirty and full of mosquitoes. Bedsheet and blanket was very old and dirty and they use dark colour bedsheets full of holes which you cant judge. I asked for white bedsheets and they didnt approve my requests. Two old rusted iron single cot are joined and while sitting they make noises. I cant imagine that we have to awake whole night because of mosquitoes and sound made by old cot. Very very bad experience. Bedsheet was dirty and full of holes. Blanket also Very dirty and smells really bad(Not washed after used definitely).Lastly They have very bad prices. Online i booked from MMT for 953 and after visiting there they told we charge 900 when booking directly from us. My room number was 108. and whole night we hear voices from reception.

You can afford food and accommodation here within budget, so if you are thinking about staying somewhere then you can make this your choice

The hotel owner's behaviour was too good, I stayed there with my friend. My situation was not so matchable as they don't allow locals to stay but the owner somehow managed and hosted us. The room and basic amenities were good and the taste of tea was wonderful. Thanks for providing us with a safe & comfortable atmosphere.

Stayed from 3rd to 4th October 23, Well furnished room, AC working fine, bed sheet are colorful so very difficult to judge about cleanliness. Hot water not available but rooms are economical. Booked 2 AC Rooms at RS 2720. Owner behaviour is extremely good and helpful. They arrange meal from outside which is tasty and reasonably priced. Owner is always ready to help the customers.

I have been into many hotels due to office work tour but after a long time I have witnessed the owner as well as his son taking wonderful care of guests and providing excellent services to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
