This is very nice place in bilaspur I feel comfortable

Room was nice in price of 999.....Room service was also good but some staff are bad & very indiscipline.....I just ordered onion pakoda ......Or ek sale staff ne adha pakoda kha kr mujhe sarve kiya..... That's was very bad behavior......

Only location is good and nothing else. Rooms and its service is way beyond expectations. Food has no option, means u have to have it. Can't bring Family as every now and then new couple arrival and departure can be marked for get-to-gather.

Don't prefer this hotel. Management is very rude towards the customer. Actually we have booked this hotel through oyo. After going to hotel they allocated a room in which AC is not working and bathroom is soo bad. After that we asked them to change room. That have change us to another room but their also AC is not working. So immediately we asked the management to decrease the price of the room because the AC is not working. Then the staff rudely say it is impossible to reduce price and of you want problem directly call to oyo. We have complained about this hotel to oyo they also talked with management and ask them to decrease amount still they are not reduced one rupee also.so it is one of the inconvenienent place with rude management.

V untidy hotel rooms, poor maintenance,poorest quality. No remote for ac, no geyser. Torn bedsheet and towel. Fan was v noisy . They charged more then what shown in app. V unsatisfied

Very bad experience. I never expected from OYO hotel. 1. No hot water in the tap. 2. Lot of mosquitos in the room. 3. No changing bedsheets, pillow covers & blanket cover after checkout previous customer from hotel. 4. Bad smells in the room. 5. Room no 210 - toilet bowl is damaged, room no 107 - light sockets not working properly.

The behaviour of owner and staff is rude. I have booked through Oyo bt after reaching the site they asked to pay twice the amount I have already prepaid. They are fraudsters so better go for any other hotel.

Worst experience, no service , phone not working , room is not good , very dirty stuff is there , no cleaning, packets of used protection were lying in the room , and they charged extra , even if you book from Oyo, 999 is there actual rate , i recommend not to go such hotels very unreliable and not safe in sense of hygienic...
