I was also very impressed with the delicious food and exceptional service. It's a great option for both couples and families seeking comfortable and well-appointed accommodations.

Attended a Wedding in the Open Garden Area Fab Decoration, Fantastic Food. Each and every menu item was 10 on 10. Valet parking was highly organised and hassle free. Great place Highly recommended

I was there for a wedding. There is a little problem with the parking space for wedding guests that's all. Otherwise food is really great. One of the best catering in my city.

The experience I had last night was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was extremely poor and far below what one would expect from a 3-star hotel. To make matters worse, I believe they don't service their duct AC properly--I had to suffer the entire night in unbearable heat, which made the stay even more frustrating. The staff was unresponsive, and the overall management seemed careless. On top of that, the location is also not convenient at all. I would strongly advise against choosing this property if you're looking for comfort and peace of mind.

I just had the best experience for 3 days event for my wedding...the venue, the staff , the food , the management,the services everything was outstanding . They really care of your requirements ,I never thought i would get the vibe of destination wedding in my own city .I would highly recommend this splendid hotel

This is dr.aakansha We had our sister wedding on 26th December 2024. Everything of this hotel was so perfect .rooms were neat and clean .food was amazing ,the lawn area which we got was cherry on top ,we can manage to do cool pool side function . Highly recommend this for any celebrations or wedding and more importantly it is situated in heart of city so don't need to travel long ....

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The restaurant is good and the food is cooked well. The location is not so convenient. It is close to Bilaspur station but a bit away from the city centre.

Pathetic Hospitality Third class Service. I had booked a room on dated 24/01/2025 in hotel red diamond at the time of check out reception staff told me that you will have to pay extra charges for bathroom flush due to the flush broken by me. They are making story and also making fooling their guests recover the money with cheating urge you all don't visit hotel Red diamond Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Room no 411
