It was a great experience staying in hotel from facilities in rooms, services & location point of view. Every staff was as humble as they could be also the singing artist was awesome while having dinner. But I really think that quality of food can be improved a lot more. Variety of dishes were available but taste was not as expected from a 4- star hotel. Also some toiletries were missing which were needed to be asked to fetch us in room. Some improvements still needed although over all experience was good

I stayed here for three days and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, though the lighting could have been brighter. The room service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious. The dinner menu was thoughtfully planned, offering a variety of dishes that perfectly catered to a good Indian appetite. While the buffet breakfast was tasty, it felt a bit repetitive each day. The gym and pool area were spotless and well-kept, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Great job by the team!

Luxurious! Co operative Staff... but a little disappointed seeing the gents washroom status that to near the main lobby... cleanliness not maintained ...though prompt action was taken on reporting to the front desk... food is nice! Over all good

Disappointing Experience - Below Marriott Standard although it was revived to an extent later on. I had a deeply disappointing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur from 03rd May - 05th May and feel compelled to share my experience, especially considering I paid 12,000 for 2 nights, expecting a comfortable and premium stay. Unfortunately, it was anything but that. Upon check-in, I was assigned a twin room despite booking a king room (there were 2 twin beds joined together which still would have been acceptable but the fact that they were placed in such a way that the TV was then on extreme left diagonally and one of the beds did not have headboard made it really uncomfortable to look at). It took significant back and forth and convincing before they agreed to change the room. But that's where the real nightmare began. They assigned an upgraded room, the superior one (much appreciated) but the air conditioning in the new room was completely non-functional. We were literally uncomfortable inside the room, and it took the front desk over an hour and multiple follow-ups before they finally sent a technician--who confirmed that the AC wasn't working efficiently. And what was their solution? At midnight, they asked us to move to a side room with twin beds--after all the effort we made to get a king room. We had no choice but to compromise and sleep in an uncomfortable setup, exhausted and frustrated. The next morning, I again requested a room change, hoping for at least basic comfort on the second night, but the front desk continued with false promises and did nothing to resolve the issue until 12:30 PM when Mr. Dharmendra (the chef and Manager on Duty) and Mr. Sharath (the Duty Manager) stepped in who understood the whole issue and did what they could do best as a solution from their end. I never imagined that booking a Marriott hotel would lead to such a subpar and chaotic experience, let alone having to sleep without air conditioning in the scorching heat. Completely unacceptable and nowhere near the standards one expects from the Marriott brand. I sincerely hope the management takes note and addresses these lapses seriously. PS:- Having said that, shoutout to Mr. Dharmendra for addressing the issue & a special appreciation call out toMr. Sharath who stepped in times of distress and helped me when it was needed so a special thanks to them, he even offered a free dinner buffet to make up for the experience. His check ins & support is very well recognised and appreciated.

I must say, both the service and the food were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout our stay, every staff member was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request, making us feel truly valued as a guest. Karan & Neelam went extra mile to ensure this. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a delight. The variety of options catered to all tastes, and the quality was top-notch. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.

I don't know why in this hotel, rooms have completely transparent glass between the room and washroom, but they took an alternate measure about this issue and provided a curtain, but the curtain is in the room instead of being in the washroom. So anyone in the room can open the curtain while you're in the washroom. Atleast provide a frosted glass which is standard practice for this design and curtain should be inside the washroom side. Not on the room side. Some expert of interior design must have had some sleepless nights before designing this marvelous failure. And somehow the hotel is still managing to run this without any changes. Complete lack of privacy.

This is one of the best hotel I saw ever. Ambition and surrounding in the hotel was really mind blowing. Room were so clean and beautiful. Service were really very appreciated. Also the foods were so tasty.

Yashpals service was the best of the best service I have recieved in almost all the 5* hotels I have visited to. By the way I have visited more than 60 countries but he is the most humble n generous serviceman I have ever men. Please do ask for Yashpal jee when ever u visit JW marriot and if he isn't there ask them where he is located now and contact him for am amezing hospitable service.
