Celebrity Hotel

Worst hotel we have come across in India. Mishra, front office guy is a big cheat. Spoke and booked room for 4 hrs on 27th to facilitate changing and rest room facility for to be bride and 3 companions and agreed to pay full 1 day charge. Big Mistake - problem started at chech-in itself; Mr Mishra Declined any booking being made and asked for double the tariff mentioning std room was not available and only delux room was available. Also asked for Rs 400 extra as commission to be given to auto for referring (there goes my adv booking). Room was pathetic, dirty Linen, single smelly towel, bathroom door that won't close, cleanliness a taboo word. Due to short time between trains (4 hrs to be specific) didn't had much choice but to use it as is. My 11 year old daughter was so disgusted that she refused to use the facilities. Coffee was not available, no one responding at front desk despite multiple tries. At check-out no tax invoice was provided only a temp receipt is what we received. Obviously Mishraji kept the whole money for himself without showing us as registered guests.||||Advise - Avoid at all costs, general waiting room @ Bilaspur railway station is better. Giving one star rating as there is no -ve scale for ratings.

PLEASE BE AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL... SO HIGH PRICE WITH NO SINGLE SERVICE. Price? Very high.. They say "see the room sir!" - However I was impressed by this... Room? Big. Ventilated. Dirty. No cleaning. No washed mattress. TV is just for making the room look good. Bathroom is very badly furnished. Bad shower. Water flows inside the room. Broken switches. One vase one painting one dirty table with beer stickers and tea marks in it. One sofa one bed Staffs?? Worst I've ever experienced. Response very late even after this high price. No telephone in the room. Lift doesn't work with manual gate. NO BREAKFASTS. NO WI-FI. NO GEYSER. NO ROOM SERVICE. Area? One above another. Same building acts as girls hostel too!!

The room was dirty, I got a skin infection. Toilet facility is disgusting. Unpolite manager. I booked a room as I was going to reach Bilaspur during night time, I remained just 'cause was 1 AM. They charge 200 rupees per night more. The day after I was asked to move in other room, as dirty as the first one. ||||Unpolite persons, dirty room, ugly lodge.

I called them and asked hotel about room inclusion but he was not sure and told me book it and come here we will see. I asked so many questions about hotel rooms but he was not sure for not even single one. At the time of check-in also we are not informed about room situation. ||||Worst experience of my life with non ac room, bunch of masquitos, smelling bathroom, not clean bathroom and staff whose understanding is almost zero.

I stay in this hotel September 9 and I have a very bad experience about this hotel Unnecessary charged by manager without any confirmation. Manager ask us when we will leave I told the time and he is ready the bill add food and beverage charge which not ordered by us but he include the charge and ran away before our check out. In the room there is not any curtains, dirty bedsheet, no drinking water supply in the room, toilet and bathroom is very dirty. I complained the manager but he nothing doing. Specially on reception there is a person I think he is manager he wears cap he is very cheap person. Beware friends HOTEL CELEBRITY, MAHATMA GANDHI CHOWK, BILASPUR.

Terrible rooms, I got a skin infection. Terribile people, they charge more than my booking bill. Dirty rooms and dirty toilets. Please, don't stop here, neither for few hours, and go ahead. There are better place where to stay in Bilaspur.

Very disgusting hotel. Manager don't talk respectfully. Even many drinker boys come here and use room for bad purpose. this hotel is not good for family.

This hotel not good for stay at bilaspur. Rooms are not maintain. Small size rooms, No Parking facility, park your own risk. no kitchen. rooms are smelling ...
