Restaurant/Room Service has a great choice of local & international dishes. Atm & Mall nearby. All in All, absolutely recommended hotel to stay! Will definitely book again!

The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hotel's overall ambiance is very inviting and relaxing, with open spaces and well-maintained decor. The Hotel has good food and service: The hotel's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The service is also attentive and efficient. The hotel's location is very convenient . It is near the Bilaspur railway station and bus stand making it easily accessible. The hotel offers good value for money, considering the amenities and services provided. I went there for a marriage and stayed there. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience.

*AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS - APPALLING SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an unmitigated disaster. The service was abysmal, and the management was virtually non-existent. Firstly, I fell ill during my stay, running a high fever, and was shocked to discover that the hotel couldn't even provide basic medical assistance. No doctor, no nurse, not even a simple medication like paracetamol. I was left to fend for myself, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. But that was just the beginning. The breakfast service was a catastrophe. For a minimum of 20-30 minutes, there was nothing available, despite multiple follow-ups with the staff. It was like they were completely unprepared for the number of guests, or simply didn't care. But what's even more alarming is the complete lack of management oversight. It appears that the hotel is being run by internship students, who are clearly out of their depth. I didn't see a single manager during my entire stay, which is inexcusable. The lack of accountability and responsibility is staggering. It's clear that the hotel is more interested in cutting costs and maximizing profits than in providing even basic levels of service to their guests. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The service is appalling, the management is non-existent, and the overall experience is one of frustration and disappointment. There are far better options available, and I would urge you to explore them instead. *Rating: 0/5 stars* *Will I return?* Absolutely not. *Will I recommend?* Not to my worst enemy.

Review about their restaurant only: Ambience 1/5. It has nothing exciting. Not a photogenic place. Compact sitting arrangement. Service 2/5. v slow and unattentive, even when it was hardly 50% occupied. Food 2/5. Monchow Soup was red in colour, tasted poor; what more to say. Other items were just ok. Had visited restaurant with good expectations but it disappointed on all fronts. If you want a good experience, don't consider it.

I had truly pathetic experience at the hotel. First we were allotted a shaby room where on calling for house keeping services we had to explain as to why we needed the service. To combat this, we upgraded our room and shifted to their premium room. Unfortunately the location of the room is overlooking their terrace which made our experience even worse. Every night there was a party with blasting music till 12 at night. When calling the reception to enquire, there was no answer, on asking to shift us from this room, they didn't do that. Very bad experience and would not recommend to stay here at all.

DO NOT DELETE MY REVIEW GOING FORWARD I booked this hotel via Agoda. I ordered tea in room and was asked to pay for it upfront before even consuming it. This struck me as unusual, given that hotel bills are typically settled during checkout. When I inquired, I was told immediate payment was required, which felt both uncomfortable and contrary to standard practices. After making the payment, the staff insisted that I show proof of payment. This was both unnecessary and insulting, as the hotel records should suffice to verify the transaction. Later, I requested the reception to store a cake in the hotel fridge. However, I was later called by their shift manager, Dipa Mondal and asked when I would collect it. When I clarified that I intended to retrieve it in an hour, I was told it should have been kept in the room fridge. I explained that no fridge was provided in the room and questioned whether a 4-star hotel could not manage to store a single pound of cake in their fridge. Even at this point, the mistake was not acknowledged by your staff. When I went to retrieve my cake that night, the shift manager, Sagar, laughed at me and my husband in front of other staff members, making light of the situation by saying they were about to throw the cake away. Really? But why? We were still in the hotel and hadn't checked out yet? This was deeply disrespectful, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. Above all, I sent out an email highlighting the issues to the hotel management and also Agoda to which hotel management never replied but kudos to Agoda team for addressing my complaints professionally.

We went to the restaurant here for lunch. We ordered chicken clear soup, chicken and butter garlic naan. The food was good in taste. The ambience was also peaceful and the staff behaviour was very nice.
