Our stay at this hotel near Bilaspur Railway Station was fantastic! Perfectly located close to both the railway station and bus stand, it made our travel around the city convenient and hassle-free. The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with all the essentials, ideal for a group of three. One of the highlights was the chai - it was delicious and just what we needed after a long journey! The staff were friendly and attentive, adding a warm, welcoming vibe to our experience. Additionally, the hotel had a calm ambiance, making it easy to relax after exploring. Food quality was very poor with respect to taste. & mirchi bhaji was worst as green mirch were rotten. I will never recommend my neer & dear for this place. Ambiance is bogus. Entry itself is bogus. Not at all attractive. Foods are costly & quantity is to small. Improve & drastic changes of present times are needs of time.

Hotel is ok but they should provide better rooms & use better furniture for the price they are asking. Otherwise Housekeeping & Room service staff are very good. The only thing is size of the room & the furniture they are using it looks completely like a room of 2010 & not 2019

I have stayed a number of times but hotel is charging GST without having active GST number. On asking for reversal, hotel is giving only avading reply. So, friend, if are going to stay in this hotel, please check the bill if they are charging extra in the name of GST and cutting your pocket.

One of the oldest hotel of Bilaspur. Located close to the station at Tarbahar Chowk. Rooms are comparatively small and cozy, so recomended for 1day stay. Staffs are well behaved, good service. Good quality and tasty veg food available at room. Room service, lift, wifi available. Recomended for small business trip.
