Worst services and rude behaviour of staff with regular customer's

A very insensitive hotel. Has a night club open till 1 pm. Room guests can't sleep with such loud music coming to all the rooms. So, stay away from this hotel.

The experience and food both were too average. Service staff was good. Creating that dim light ambience in which it was hard to read the menu. Why do you have that. You are a uplift restaurant so try to be shinny not a backyard alley. Food taste was very average although we had the dishes from veg section they definately didn't taste like it was made by a chef. It tasted like a normal person cooking these. Also, whats with those mosquitos so many of them.

If there's a wedding happening then you've had it. Had a terrible experience as the whole place was vibrating due to the loud music which went on way beyond midnight and nobody was interested to address the issue.

Very poor service...air conditioner is not working...fridge also not working...not any support by hotel management...very very bad experience

Not worth the money. Even after paying aroind 2.9 k no free break fast provided. Basic amneties itself not provided- like shower gel, kettle etc. Hospitality needs improvement. . Dance bar at bottom floor means, loud noise and vibration affecting sleep.Not worth the amount paid. Spacious room and prime location is the only advantage.

Interior was so good. Sculpture on wall of female Deity was my point of attraction. Door was like ancient style. Entry to restaurant make me feel like half dark half light , amazing interior lighting.. feels like is this really a heaven. Completely theme based hotel .. the Hotel heavens park. Starter was not good specially sweet corn masala, main course was awesome veg plus nonveg , Can't say about Rooms and Bar which is available here. Overall experience was satisfactory.
