Hotel Emperor Paradise

I booked this property for my father. He reached the property from Bilaspur railway station in sm 10 min by auto. He expressed that the rooms were good clean and food served at Restaurant also nice. Thankyou for your service and taking care.

The worst experience I ever had. I booked room from mmt and paid 1800 through mmt but manager was asking for 2300 extra. I tried calling mmt but the manager didn't approve for cancellation. Too much rough and tuff behaviour of manager with a female. I had to come back without taking my money back. Lastly they said ok jo Krna h krlo hm room b nhi denge or pese b...

My recent trip was very relaxing and soothing , the breakfast buffet didn't have too many options but with limited options , it still had a good taste . The rooms are so spacious and big , at least 6 people can easily fit and the service was also good .

Hotel manager behaviour is too rude n rough towards their clients. Totally non supportive and disgusting attitude even with females. Manager denied my booking when I booked and paid it from mmt and it was refundable payment still he denied my check in and haven't refunded the amt. Mmt customer care service tried to convince him but he doesn't allow.

For online bookings their checkout time is 10 Am whereas for offline bookings they offer 24 hr checkout. atleast they should keep their checkout time 11 Am.

The stay is good but had a really bad experience with the check out. They don't give you any reminder call for checkout and will charge you 700 per hour even for slight delays. Neither do they inform about these charges prior nor are these mentioned in the rules painted at the reception. A reminder checkout call is the bare minimum every hotel does. Disappointed!

Don't stay at this hotel, the manager named babai is extremely uncooperative. A family member was in crutches and he expected him to come to the billing counter to settle the bill and he dint initiate the process till my brother came at the desk with his crutches. It was a very bad experience.

It's a great service and we found everywhere everyone help us between the Donation. It's very great full for service and other facilities.
