Hotel silver oak

Clean and beautiful rooms, good food, nice ambience. A little problem we faced here about jungle Safari. Make it clear that they are sending you on buffer ka safar that is 35 km away from the resort in pipariya. You can go there by your own vehicle and the price of the safari is 1750 only. If you take gypsy from the resort they'll charge 8500 for the safari. There is a nearby gate for the core zone safari that's Panarpani gate. We didn't know that and went 35 kms away needlessly. Much time wasted and we missed the bee fall due to the distance.

Yes they do have good food but the staff is really not good to students, a big NO from FAREWELL and FRESHERS party or else because they serve normal luke warm water in summers even after booking halls, they don't have enough waiter staff to serve starters or else, guests have to wait for the food for so long. The charge is big for AC but stops it. Their AC doesn't cool much.

its WORST. Please do not go for it. zero clealiness. cockroches all over, full of mosquitoes, slum level of bathroom, heavy priced, worst food full of oil, 2 items in breakfast, no parking place, no clean bedsheet, broken table, dirty chairs and many more... staff do not support.. the hotel should be rated 1 or 0, the authority of India must revisit and see why they have given 3 stars, not a single criteria it fulfills. They charged so heavy like 5 stars and also aruged to justify the price. please do not go dor it.

Had an excellent stay at hotel ! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. Perfect location with great amenities. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience! They even hosted a promotional event for great influencers meetup by cgsms. Thank you hotel staff for your support

I've stayed in executive Room. But very much disappointed by services like: TV not recharged, fan is noisy, shower-shampoo gel dispensers are not working, bathroom is stinking, room slippers not there, no hot water and last but not the least No feedback or complaint register is available at reception.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff are warm and friendli Food is good the hotel offers excellent service. Whenever we called house keeping staff, they promptly responded and offered what we needed. The hotel has a large banquet hall and it's a perfect place for party and wedding ceremonies. The front desk staff were cordial and affable. I'd love to stay here during my future trip to Billaspur. Thanks for hotel silver Oak and team

3rd class service....miniral water not available there. I ordered paneer chili on 7PM and they couldn't deliver till 1 AM.

I went to Hotel Silver Ork for the first time. I liked it a lot more than other hotels. The accommodation and food facilities are very good. My experience at Hotel Silver Ork was very good
