Amazing hospitality by the staff. Good food and hygiene is maintained.

Every thing in this hotel is upto okay level. Whether we talk about rooms, room service, customer's care, food and location, everything is okay. But there are many complaints about cockroaches in the kitchen area and about the hygiene problem otherwise you can definitely opt for this hotel. It is situated in market area so no problem of unreachability to things.

Pathetic hotel. My worst hotel stay till date. We had 3 rooms booked. Very dirty rooms. Rooms not getting locked from outside. Geysers not working in most of the rooms. Taps leaking. Power getting tripped every 5-10 minutes. Couldn't sleep, constant noise throughout the night.

We got very bad hospitality the hotel. Behaviour of staff is rude. The linen provided are stained ones dirty. T V remote was broken.

This place is good for short time stay at low cost ..But only with male friends not good for couple and family ambience of hotel is not well

Average budget hotel. Need to improve rim service and room cleanliness. Restaurant attached is not very good.
