Hotel Vatsa International

We are from Nashik (Maharashtra), in restaurant we enjoyed different types of very testy food and fruits. Specially we very pleased for very polite and sorcerer staff, specially Miss SHALINI have served excellent. We will come again.

Good ambiance and friendly staff. But the manager who takes the order need to have more knowledge what they are serving to guest and what to recommend the guest if asked for suggestion. Food was wonderful. But guys if you are in a group more than 5, please check the bills sometime you get an additional item in your bill which never served. I have given 3 stars for food, behavior and ambiance.

For Corporate booking, hotel is good. They arrange free pick up and drop. Hotel amenities are fantastic; facilities like gym, board games etc. Provide complimentary Buffet breakfast, fruits, discounts on dinner / lunch, laundry. Hotel tariff is also low comparing to these amenities. Good housekeeping. Staffs are polite. Worth for 5 star.

Service is not that good. Food will just come on table and you have to serve by your own. Taste was not that good but ok as per price. We found a hair inside one chapati, seems like they are not using cooking cap. Worst part was waiter and manager was convincing by saying sometimes it comes sir. International is just a word added on hotel name.

I had nice one day stay at Hotel Vatsa International; staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are average but spacious... food is good; breakfast was healthy though options were limited. There is no Bar in the hotel, but one is nearby... over all comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

One of the worst service that you will get compared to any hotel. Wifi doesn't work in rooms. If you complain for wifi then the reception or support staff doesn't resolve it. They don't behave decently. Very Very worst service for wifi.

The staff was courteous . we had a gathering of 15 people . Ambience was good. Food was tasty. not much spicy. they kept it open even though we were late gossiping... enjoyed the food and coffee. the starters were awesome

A good place to stay. Within the budget for B class city. Food is good. Buffet Breakfast has different varieties. Staff is very humble. No Bar. They have pickup and drop facility from Raipur Airport. Overall a Good Hotel and Famous in Town. Our company staff are regular visitors.
