Hotel Vatsa Inn

Disgusting behaviour of staff. I called my friends group to host my B'day party at resturant on 4th floor. I entered in with the first guest who arrived to order some starters. As soon as i pressed the button on lift guard said "KAUN SE ROOM PE JA RAHE HO?", seeing a girl with me.We both felt disgusted to the core, I guess he talks to his daughter/sister/wife the same way. Well I tried to resolve the matter calmly at front desk with him. The staff was so rude and smirked. I left immediately with my friends.

Disgusting experience and staff. T.v was not working and when they were asked to turn it on they made excuses. Breakfast was also not good. WiFi was getting disconnected everytime. They don't even pick up calls.Service manager is very rude and arrogant. They denied OYO bookings and raised charges and wasted time talking to OYO manager. They behaved as if they were doing us a favour. They also checked our room in our absence. Unforgettable bad experience even after paying high charges.

A peaceful, calm and spacious place, cool to have small parties such as 25th marriage anniversaries or first birthdays. The food was good and the service was on point. There's a good ambience to the lighting's and the place is spacious enough to include a group of 50-100 people. The place is a bit difficult to reach, but Google maps will show you the way easily. 1. Good ambience 2. Great food 3. Clean washrooms 4. Good water facility 5. Good service 6. Not so difficult to reach.

Near To Main road so in case you donT geT OLA/UBER cab.. Then deFiniTeLy you wouLd geT a LocaL AuTo. IT is 7km From DURG and verY near To any place in BhiLai. Service is OK. You wouLd noT geT anY heLP aT nighT. Rooms were cLean. They have anoTher VaTsa InTernaTionaL hoTeL nearBy where The resTauranT is. Room Service is aLso avaiLabLe. I did noT Try The Food becauSe I wenT To BhiLai For a weddinG. I onLy sTayed There.

Rooms are good. 1. They charged me extra for 3rd person though I confirmed about it with oyo service center. 2. Staff is Rude. 3. Housekeeping and Room service will take minimum of 30-45 min to give you plates or deliver thumsup. 4. TV was not working. I stayed there for 3 days.

Location is good, rooms are cheaper, I attended a birthday party here and the management was horrible, hall is good for a small party, decoration was ok, but for lighting and for music system nobody was there to look after if you get any problems. Even after asking many times. Place is ok but management was worse.

service is Little bit slow but overall experience was good.

Housekeeping is lazy. Hygiene is very bad.Their original hotel is Hotel Vatsa. This one is good, though I don't know the inner condition. But this one is in a very bad and troublesome state. This one is just the godown for the better hotel, Vatsa. No one should troubled with this sort of a hotel. Any one who is middle class. They have no curtsey of welcoming any guest and are going down day by day. This was our second visit, the first one we'll have to say was comparatively better. Electricity knows no timing here. Keeps going on and off! ***Air conditioners are in a peculiar state here! For the first time we got to know that there is another kind of air conditioning that could be found in a hotel! Disgusting*** Water trouble and every possible problem you could find in a hotel. Just abject disappointment. Need a change of establishment and staff. The chef is probably swatting flies, the food is horrible.
