Hotel Jumanji

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. The manager is short and rude. He asked us to cancel the OYO booking because it was showing less amount. Then we had to book in person for 2 times the OYO price. The lift was also not working, we had to climb to the 3rd floor by stairs. Rude and unhelpful staff.

Horrible. Don't choose this hotel. Please read before booking. 1. Asked double price for offline booking. Considered online booking null and void 2. Washrooms were clean. Bedsheets, pillow covers and sheets were definitely not clean/sanitary. 3. They actually have no kitchen, don't fall for it on Oyo. They neither have spa. 4. Rude owner. 5. Workers there kept smoking in lobby and reception area. 6. Deliberately gave us rooms with faulty Tv, AC. We had to ask to change rooms. And I beleive they gave us the next room by mistake because they wanted us to go to a third room since that room had tv with cable/ internet. Found ciggerate buds too on the floor of that room. 7. EXTREMELY NOISY AREA. You will never have a goodnight sleep. Train and vehicle noises and some gaurd constantly blowed whistle all night downstairs (maybe part of his job but you get the idea) 8. I found it extremely hard to breathe while sleeping. Ventilation issue. 9. MOSQUITOES! They had no spray/ machine for it either. Had to buy own agarbattis.

Worst hotel,and I think all photo are fake, don't book this hotel.They do not have a fixed price for the rooms and first they ask you for money online to book, then after getting the refund these people increase the money and do not refund that money also.

It was a WORST experience. They have mentioned that they have AC rooms but after booking and online payment they said ACs are not working... Even after going there, they suggested us other hotels and also our money won't be refunded. And for their own negligence they Blaming to OYO... It's a humble request if you are not providing AC rooms so please don't mention it anywhere.

The hotel incharge is soo rude and behaviour towards my mother was soo bad. We were booked AC room, AC was not working. We complaint to the guide and incharge, but they were not accepting there fault and also our money won't refunded.

Worst service room cleaning and staff behaviour is not good,They take so much extra chargers after booking Booking shows less amount but after reaching hotel they say high additional amount.
