Worst experience ever, I travel alot , i check-in in lots of hotel, but this time I am very disappointed by Oyo, Oyo shoul remove this from their portal, all staff are very rude not supporting for anything, rooms are also in very bad condition , if you are couples then please go to here, this is not safe , i don't recommend to anyone this hotel, if you want safety and secure atmosphere then it's not a place

The hotel is ok the location is best, but the problem there is that the staff who are there talk a bit rude and if you take a bottle of water there you take full charges 20 according to the bottle but do not give you the water sealed pack They use old bottles and sell them. And do not give you the attached bathroom, it is said that in booking this room you will get the same room, the bathroom is outside And the rating on OYO is fake They took mobile of customer and give rating own self

They are bunch of scammers, They show very cheap prices on online booking sites and when you will go there they will deny check-in saying price is too low and then they will ask for RS 800, for stay and to be honest their rooms are very dirty and unhygienic, also receptionist was very rude, and if they give you room via booking sites then they forcefully ask for 5 star, so don't believe their ratings on booking sites, There are many better hotels available on Bhilai for 800 rupees, don't fall for their scam, it is also not good for your privacy because if something will happen then oyo or any other sites will not be responsible for anything, respect yourself and your privacy don't fall into such scams.

Very bad staff. Untrustworthy. Unwelcoming. No light in the bathroom. Room stinks. No prompt services. Worst experience. Will not visit ever again.

The stay was very good but the only issue is with the staff members as they they are so illiterate that they don't even know how to talk with the vistorrs. If there is any concerned they do not have any clear statement to explain it they keep on interfering the personal stuffs. Truly speaking the person who collects the ID is the worst person I have ever met and I feel shame on OYO team that how they could allow such person to be a part of oyo those who don't even know the etiquettes to maintain the hospitality. I want to make sure that the SPOT ON KRISH 2 must be supervised by someone who have some experience in hospitality and customer handling. I and not even interested in giving a single star to this SPOT ON venue. It was a disguising person to whom I met.

also bad they charged extra if u also booking done to Oyo. staff says not possible to Oyo ammount i have room in 799/ for single person non ac 999/ for double person non ac room and no other service available.

One pathetic place to hang on Rooms are not there rather those are poth holes where people come to stay. Random guys walkin for stay few hours and go. Registered in OYO but they have to rethink on registering this pathetic place

Very worst experience no hygeine even they don't change any cushion bedsheets, rooms are dirty pathetic experience
