Hotel Heritage Inn

The hotel is in a great location, which made it very convenient for my stay. The highlight was definitely the staff--they were the best I've ever experienced, extremely polite and attentive. However, there were some major drawbacks. The bed in my room was not clean at all, which was disappointing. Upon check-in, the owner was quite rude and asked me, "Tum kab jayega?" even before I had fully checked in, which was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.I think this hotel is not for the family..I saw one couple came for one hour infront of my room no-101 ,the sound came from that room can feel awkward for any guest. The food was decent overall, but the cauliflower curry was overly spicy and oily, despite my request for no spicy food due to health issues. I hope the management takes note of these issues to improve the guest experience..I repeat don't go there.

My stay experience is so good staff are very friendly food quality is very testy ,rooms is hygienic....

The hotel was located quite close to the bus stop which made transportation easier and the staffs were quite good and helpful. Overall had a pleasant and quiet stay over here .
