Hotel Royal Inn

(The tall/heighted guy who's appointed as a Manager) unfortunately I missed his name. Needs to be replaced due to their inability to consistently provide the level of courteous and professional service expected in this role. A more approachable and well-mannered individual is required to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests. Regrettably, there are no other hotels or residences in close proximity. However, the owner has the potential to significantly enhance the experience by adopting a more professional and strategic approach.

I stayed at this property for 6 days but experience was very good all staff behaviour was very good rooms was well maintained and for restaurant I give 5 star and food and hygiene was very good

Our room had the foul smell afterwards we were given different rooms which were better. Overall it was a decent stay. In this area I guess this is the best option. Apart from stay, They have got a good restaurant which serves fresh food.

Very Nice hotel near Bhatapara Railway station, CG. Stayed One night, room service, food Quality and other facilities are also good

Very bad experience.....no clean rooms bad smell everywhere....not even telephone working.... washroom very bad....third class property on high rates.....no breakfast...even charged single water bottle....very bad experience

The hotel is a good option there at bhatapara...not so many hotels there...a good stay at affordable price...service was good and all staff had helping nature...it was a nice stay ...
