Not maintained properly. Bed sheet and blanket are dirty. TV not having channels, only Wi-Fi is available. Room service very poor. Even committed for dinner supply but denied after 10 pm. Where as I expressed about pain in my back and legs. Still no regret from them.

It was the best hotel at an affordable price. 1- The room was spacious and clean. But the bedsheet and pillows were not good. The bedsheet has a hole which was due to a cigarette burn. Pillows were a little hard. 2- The mattress was very good and very soft. 3. The washroom was clean and spacious. 4. AC was good but was not working properly. We set it at 16 but it was never 16 during our stay. 5. Lighting in the room was good but it could be better. 6. One of the staff named Mukesh was of very good Nature and very supportive. 7. I saw hotel Sagar which was just behind it but I can definitely say this hotel Ac room is much much better than hotel Sagar. 8. This hotel doesn't have gomasa registration no. but it has udyam registration no. So anyone in the government service can stay here without any worries. 9. For food nearby hotel sundaram and shama muradabadi biryani was the best. Overall the hotel is very nice and quiet. I recommend all to stay here in ac room.

Rooms are good but Owner not responding when i try to call him again and again.

Worst room I have stayed in my life

Baloda bazar is with few hotels,. So this one is maintained with small budget , not to go with very high expectations ,its ok type for that price.

Neat and clean place to stay. Staff is polite and decent.
