Sargawa The Palace Resort

Went for dinner and ordered vegetarian food but I was served non vegetarian food. The staff was not taking accountability for their mistake initially but after numerous proofs and a heated argument they checked and accepted their mistake. Also, the food was average & their service was slow. Had to ask the staff to clean the table numerous times. My suggestions for vegetarians would be to avoid this place. Bad hospitality, average food and slow service.

BELOW AVERAGE ROOMS WITH IMMATURE MANAGEMENT Booked Deluxe room for family - it was best room according to them Soiled bathroom Leaking taps and below average service The common geyser was faulty and hot water was not available for entire building. Special mention to receptionist Devika Painkra - who knowingly allocated the faulty room. Management is a big talker with no results. We had to change 3 rooms in 3 nights of stay.

Delicious food. Service and staff is very nice.very good ambience.

Worst service and worst food. Not recommended

Absolutely terrible experience at Sargawa Palace Restaurant. Within a few hours of eating dinner here, I was struck with terrible food poisoning. Not only was I miserable, but it ruined our entire evening. On top of that, the Oriental Platter, I ordered had a strong, foul odor that I should have trusted. Thinking it might be a slight off-smell, I gave it a try anyway, and now I deeply regret it. Save yourself the grief and avoid this restaurant.

The place is good and fine but the GM( general manager) of the resort is too rude...even we booked maharaja suite he was disrespectful to my guests...The food was too spicy even through we mentioned..

In the outskirts of Ambikapur, there lies this restaurant which all in all was average when we talk about food. One thing I liked was services provided by the restaurant staff. It was calm and very positive. Food was not too shabby but it could have been better. Portions of food for the prices were commendable. If you are looking for quite place where you can feel like you have been treated well this is the 0lqce to go. But the food I mean I can be better, hope they do it. Or maybe it was one time thing that happened with me.
