Hotel The Hills

Hotel Hills failed to deliver on nearly every front. The food was lackluster, overpriced, and poorly presented, while the service was slow and inattentive. Coupled with a noisy and uncomfortable ambiance, this is a restaurant I would strongly advise others to avoid. Ambikapur has many dining options, and unfortunately, Hotel Hills does not live up to even the most basic expectations of a pleasant dining experience.

I made a visit to several hotels in Ambikapur before closing with hotel the hills. The room are bigger and better than other various hotels. The best part is cleaning. Most of the other hotels had bad odor which was a clear no. The hotel manager was very corporative and helped us to have a good memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price and service they offer.

This is located on the main road of Ambikapur. The hotel tariff is affordable. Rooms are neat. There was some problem with the geysers and so, the management supplied hot water in buckets. Never order food through room service because they will take at least 45 to 60 minutes to deliver the same and all your plans will go haywire.

It's poor services in hotel The Hills. I suffered a lot. Rooms are not hyegene. Due to bad smell of moisture. I had allergic problem. Still I m under diagnose. I don't recommend to book room. Staff service are too pathetic. No hot water is available for bath. U wait for much time to attend ur call attended by reception people. It was really horrible to stay

The main problem which occurred in hospitality and hotel business, that you can't satisfy every person, even after you gave 120% of your services in every manner. I would like to applause and bless all the brothers and sisters of this hotel for doing what you should have done and will do in the future endeavor of your professional life. Situated near benaras chowk opposite next world it's easy to recognize from traffic. Major problem is the parking. Parking a car is very difficult here. Staff are very professional. Attached restaurant is there and serves good food. Rooms are very well maintained. The hotel is new and a must visit in ambikapur.

Hotel the Hills is located in Ambikapur. It's a small hotel with only 14 rooms. The rooms are large and spacious, the services are also good. The restaurant is small considering this is a small hotel. The meeting room can accommodate about 50-60 people.

No kabab is available,10 percentage of menu is not available,I don't aspect this one of the worst hotel I have went,we ordered chicken biryani and chicken was not cooked properly
