Great place to stay, the rooms were clean and well embellished. The most impressive part was the service as all staff was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel as it suits you in terms of facilities and budget. Please do check in, you will definitely going to love the place.

Actually hotel is situated in calm n peace area without any dust n pollution.. Whole surrounding is attractive calm type. Best for couple. Staff are friendly. All experience quite good But hoping that there should adining area for food and other taste.. by d way . No complaints from my side... Thanks n regards.

Food quality, quantity and delivery time was good. Cleanliness was good. But staff service is not good. They took more than two hours to hand over the room after check in.

I don't even want to give 1 rating also to this pathetic hotel. Reception desk person was very rude and behavior was pathetic and he doesn't know how to speak and behave with a lady. I booked this hotel from make my trip where money was paid online only and when I reached there with my husband he didn't allow us to fill details and directly asked for marriage certificate and no other proof was accepted by him of our marriage.when we showed our marriage pictures he didn't allow. He clearly said "jisko bulana hai bula Mai room nai dunga". Guys if your a planning to stay here with your husband/wife then carry your marriage certificate with you.For me hospitality business is all about greeting a guest atleast with a little respect that was completely missing there. Being a local resident of ambikapur I felt disheartened and hurt too.

Pathetic experience.The manager for was very rude in behaviour.From every guest he directly wants MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.So please carry MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE if you want to stay at this hotel. You can get complementary TATTI behaviour from the great staff.
