The location is good but the hotel's service is very poor.

One of the best hotel in Ambikapur. We're from Mumbai and wanted to stayed for 4-5 days. And it's a best place to stay in affordable price. Their room quality is also quite good. Good quality food but little bit over valued. We get fresh purified water every day. Their staff is also good. WiFi networks is poor in our room. We needed to go in open space for proper network. Their fish tank is too good I loved it.

The person on the front desk during the day is extremely nice. The AirCon rooms are required in the summer months. There is a bit of a bone to pic with the 24hr checkout logic.... As good an idea as it is, they need to have the capacity to have rooms ready at odd hours. Now that is fine for hotels with 50-100+ rooms but probably impossible here. So under pressure the front desk and staff probably have to work out a system. Having said that they are accommodative and polite. As an example of this I do admit we rained hell on the owner and he did his best to keep us happy.

Very Bad Experiences. Services are very delayed. Specially Receptionist Ankit Kumar has very Bad behavior .He doesn't know How to talk with Customers. At the time of check out, they retract from the rate they deal while check in and they cheat the customer by charging more money than the fixed rate. They have bought the rating by paying money from the local guide. I will never come again in this Hotel and wouldn't suggest any other to stay here.

I m staying here more than 1 year now. Perfect location with best food. Mr ankit ji the owner of this hotel is very good person.

Very bad behaviour...they don't know (RECEPTIONIST --Ankit Kumar) how to talk to customer in a civilized way... services are very poor and delayed...fare of room during check in time was low but at the time of checkout they charged more than the mentioned price....they cheated upon us...I will never suggest anyone to stay here...

One of a nice hotel to stay in ambikapur. Rooms and bathrooms neat and clean. Nice location. Nice room service and hotel staff. Worth for money.

Hotel and rooms are superb and the price is also genuine but there is a problem that there is no free water facility available for drinking purpose the service is like premium you have to buy water bottle then after you will get fit in that hotel.
