The hospitality is great 10/10. People are so so humble Complete staff right from the security guard to the manger ...they were so so polite and tried to give their best services. I'll visit again if I get a chance.

Too negative service and manerless waiters, the Dal Makhani was like anything and Dal Tadka came after the dinner completed. We ordered plain salted French Fries but we were served with peri-peri. Now, the Chesse Balls, they were Paneer Balls and no cheese was inside it. The manager said that the cheese is mixed with it but it was not, and in cheese ball also no salt was there and when we asked to change it they just served it with peri-peri instead of salt. Mix veg was very sweet and was tasting like only onion. I advise to change the staff members also. I wish I could rate 0 .

If heaven had a weekend getaway spot, it would be the Purple Orchid Hotel and Resort. The location? So perfect, I half expected a Bollywood dance sequence to break out. The property? Lavish enough to make royalty jealous -- I'm talking "I don't want to go home" level lavish. The staff were curious...like really curious. Not in a creepy way, just in a "we genuinely want you to be the happiest version of yourself" kind of way. We got the BEST room, and somehow it didn't empty our wallets. I kept checking for hidden charges like, "Is there a tax for this much comfort?" Overall? 11/10. Would sell my sibling's Netflix password just to stay again.

Stay at this property only if you want to pay more and service worst than dhaba, they take 2 hour to deliver food in in-room dining, even after 3 reminder including manger, I'll never make this mistake again. Select better hotel if you are a Corporate or Government officers

I had planned a Get together with my family in pool side area. It was very nicely decorated by hotel staffs especially Mr. Manohar and the food was awesome. Everything was above expectations. Must recommend

Firstly about cleanliness it is very clean hotel as compared to others.Foods are also very delicious hotel management is very nice . Behaviour of each and every staff is very humble and helpful to there customers.

Excellent place to stay in this property, located a bit outskirt of Ambikapur, Chattisgarh. Nice rooms, tasty food and a commendable service made this property a perfect place to arrange marriage or similar parties. I along with my friend stayed a one night while going to Panna Tiger reserve and i booked a double bed room just by a phone call while we were coming from Kolkata and the on duty front desk manager had confirmed a room without asking any advance. I recommend all to stay here.
