I booked a hotel through OYO, and based on my experience, I strongly advise against it. If you do choose to book with OYO, be prepared to pay in advance otherwise, you'll be told there are no rooms available upon arrival. However, if you ask to book offline, the staff may offer you a room at a higher price, usually charging an extra 350-500 rupees depending on the room. My recommendation: avoid OYO and go with a different hotel through another platform. I traveled all the way to the hotel just to face one of the worst experiences I've had so far.

Hotel staffs are so humble and ready to serve always..rooms are well cleaned and hygienic. I have booked this hotle through oyo when i go there for check in the manager says adhar is not valid for check in from oyo then he said we can take offline booking with this adhar card the booking from oyo room was costing us 1700 and for offline he took 2400 we were in a unknown city without any choice we had to pay him extra room was also not good water flowe in washroom was very poor and not suitable

Nothing don't go for it.very bad experience staff demanding for more money then oyo booking rate they don't have chair to sit ,first they don't tell about the things after waiting for 30 min all the things are open need google should give us 0 ratings for these properties,Very pathetic experience with family pl don't ever go to such properties who frauds.if u have taken board of OYO then adhere the policies I suggest better to stay in Dharamshala then to going for these type of hoels and staffs
