Hotel Golden Leaf

I didn't even want to give one star, but to leave a review, I had to. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. From the outside, it looks like the rooms must be good, but that's far from reality. We had an absolutely horrible experience at Golden Leaf Hotel, Nyagaon. Upon entering the first room, we were greeted with a terrible smell. The bedsheets and pillows were in an appalling state rotten, stained, and filthy. The room also lacked proper windows, which added to the discomfort. When we requested a different room, the staff provided another one, but it was just as bad as the first. Disappointed, we informed the receptionist that we didn't want the room due to its poor condition. Initially, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and when we asked for another change, he became loud and visibly angry. When we said we would check other hotels, he insisted on deducting money, even though we had come downstairs within 10 minutes of checking the room and hadn't stayed there. He continued to argue with us, which was extremely unprofessional. Frustrated, we decided to leave without taking any money and booked another hotel instead. I strongly advise against staying here unless they address their cleanliness issues and train their staff to handle guest concerns respectfully and professionally.

Does not even deserve one star according to the person who took my booking and their behaviour. The money paid is not even refund. The pillows were dirty the room was smelly. Just asked the receptionist if he could change into window room but he did not change and also did not talk in a proper way. Very rude very bad behaviour Please assist and guide your team how to talk n behave

Great Staff....Best Rooms Neat And Clean. Food is also good.

Value for money. Front desk crew were also very helpful and friendly. Its a good hotel with clean rooms, great location and over-all value for money

Excellent place to have a safe and pleasant stay.Room size is excellent and Room service was prompt and behaviour of Owner and staff was excellent.Must recommended for every customer.Food quality was good.Any type of Fried Rice, Chappati Egg Kari Paratha was very good.Paneer Labadar was little disappointing.But overall a good place to stay with family and friends.

Its a reasonable place to stay for a night with family. Bed size is small but can be adjusted, we were four people (2adults and 2 kids). It is inside a galli but pharmacy is nearby and also safety with good parking space

Nice hotel. Cooperative. Budget friendly. I have enjoyed my stay around 10 days.
