I stayed in this hotel for 10 days by my employer. The hotel location is accurate. The food served is awesome. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is on time. Hot and cold water, always available on tap. Tea maker is available, which is very useful for tea lovers like me. Laundry service available at a reasonable cost. Car parking is also available. Overall a very good hotel in safe location of Chandigarh.

Poor service, unprofessional staff, dirty bedsheets, ac not working, toilet condition not good. Very unsafe hotel. They don't listen to your complaints. Avoid it as much as you can. Not family friendly and unsafe.

If u planning to stay in this hotel, kindly avoid giving your clothes for laundry. My 1 shirt 1 formal pant and two woolen sweaters are ruined by the laundry team. I repeatedly reminded the reception and laundry team about my clothes but they didn't take any action. They did not have any answer other than 'we will check' . The senior staffs of hotel are very arrogant and Highly unprofessional . I didn't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in future

Room was very dirty and walls were pretty much eroded and paint was coming off washroom had a broken seat cover and soap dispenser. And i paid 5k because it was an emergency. I am sure they overcharged me to out money in their pockets. But well service was fine and location too

It was a great stay, the kind of hospitality they provide specially in this price range is amazing, just one feedback is there should be a place to smoke, I found 2-4 people talking about this.
