Worst experience I ever had I paid online on our app but these guys didn't accept They fight me and asking me to pay more In the end I received my refund and they didn't return 300 rupees

Stayed there in room no 106 on 16 to 17 December. It was horrible. Never ever had an experience in my life. Two rats were there in te room. One ran over me when I was going to sleep. The room was not hygiene with unwashed linen, pillows and curtains. The toilet was leaking. I really repented in taking the room there....Never ever go there....or check thoroughly before u take the room...never blindly trust on Oyo's standards !

Rooms are okay. But Bathrooms are not so good, very conjusted. Bedsheets were not clean so after asking,they replaced. AC was good. Bath accessories were also not hygienic.

I chose this hotel because I thought it will be nice, because I had to go to the airport in the morning. But I had to learn better...||It is located above a wine shop and in the evening only young drunk man hang around there. I felt unsave and it was quite loud in the night though I chose I room with no windows in the back. The floor and bathroom was very dirty but the bedsheets were clean. The food was a disaster... But the room boy was very nice and helpful. When I asked for the taxi price they told me it's 800 INR to the airport!!!!! But it was only 150 INR with olacabs. I am very disappointed of this hotel. You should be able to trust a hotel...especially when you are travelling alone.

This is without doubt the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I arrived around 10pm and decided to stay here for 5 days. I was assured i would get wi-fi access and thought it was in a decent location and close to the bus station in which i had a ticket booked to go to Delhi. When entering the room it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. The pillow cases were disgusting and one even had a cigarette burn on it. I immediately asked them to change this. The wi-fi never worked properly, only after 11 pm did it seem give a bit of a signal. All of the staff were absolutely useless and none spoke English. No females worked here at all. The second day i thought i would try some food and ordered some Vegetable Pakora. The Veg pakora came as follows, bits of cauliflower dipped in batter, bits of green chilli dipped in batter, bits of paneer cheese dipped in batter and finally bits of red onion dipped in batter. This was clearly a lazy attitude to making food and completely wrong. No-where in India will you find this when you ask for Veg Pakora. I had a coupe of bites and spent the best part of the following day at the toilet. It was my mistake in even trying a little bit. During my stay the rooms were never cleaned the toilet never flushed properly and I always had the impression my belongings were unsafe. On the final day I payed my final bill as i was leaving at 6 AM in the morning. One of the workers had the nerve to ask for a tip. Luckily I speak some Punjabi so i asked hime repeat what he just said and it wasn't my hearing, he was asking for a tip. At that point I camly said in Punjabi "I have a few tips for you, clean the bloody rooms, learn what veg pakora is and dont all hover around in a group staring at people as they enter the building". Shocking, lazy, disgusting and full of dirty little workers. My advise for staying in Chandigarh is too spend 3 days maximum there and spend a bit more for a decent hotel. p.s the rooms look nothing like the picture on here, complete mis-advertising.

we went there they charged 1500 for one room and when we reached the hotel the room was terrible , and they didn't give us comfortable environment they gave us room right next to the boys room we the only girls there so we left after some minutes and they didn't give us single rupees refund , so yeah my experience was quite terrifying.

Hotel is fine and location is good. There is a park available nearby, all groceries and goods are available nearby. Rooms are also fine. They require a little more maintenance. And they need to have a proper kitchen inside the hotel only. Rest was good.
