*Excellent Stay at Hotel Icon, Chandigarh* Our family stay at Hotel Icon was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The staff's hospitality made our visit even more special. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Chandigarh

Returned to this property after around 8 years. Decent hotel which is value for money. Basic things such as slippers, laundry bag were missing even in the club category room and had to be asked for. Breakfast wasn't exhaustive but ok. The staff swapped the tags of veg and chicken sandwiches and i ended up eating chicken one. I am a pure vegetarian who doesn't even eat egg. When I pointed out to the restaurant staff they just said sorry for formality sake. I complained to the front desk and asked for the manager to call back as I was checking out early morning. But the Manager did not bother to call back to even apologise. Highly Disappointing customer service.

Had great stay at Hotel Icon A earlier this week. I had to check in late due to flight landings & delays but the hotel staff was accommodating and kept a check on me.||Service was great, restaurant staff made sure I had some varieties of vegetarian options. It has nice mix of business and family patrons.||Rooms were very clean & spacious and I'd definitely visit again whenever I'm in Chandigarh again.

The room was very dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean either. Flush of Toilette wasn't working And the water in the shower was overflowing because of a defect drain. You couldn't shower for more than 30 seconds! Under the bed we found a used toothbrush & lost of dust! The sheets looked used, we stayed in 2022 here it was good. This time it wasn't a good experience.

Loved it... Experience was perfect.. Near to sec 17 market.. Food is delicious.. Courteous staff... Rooms r decently big and good hot shower. Only thing I believe they can add is some food items availability 24*7 as they close food and kitchen completely by 11ish max... Though we were offered zomato options and were guided by the hotel staff for it so it's a plus. Also, for booking rooms no one will answer in night, kindly note if u have to book Their rooms morning to evening only it can be done. It's a great experience and will definitely recommend for stay... Enjoy the delicious delicacies and beautiful rooms. The alcohol and food prices are also decent..

My wife and I stayed at Icon for one night, and we probably chose the wrong day as the hotel was undergoing renovations at that time. Our room had half-finished moldings around lights and wall decor, the bathroom had a temperamental shower and a few missing fixtures, and there was the constant hum of renovation happening in the room next door. We were given a free upgrade to a larger room, which was nice. The food was 11/10 and the prices are unbeatable for a hotel. Breakfast at Hibachi had limited options but everything they had was good. Staff at the front desk is very responsive, but housekeeping was a little too laidback. The location is simply amazing as everything of note in Chandigarh, along with great food and drink options, is within a 4-5 km radius around the hotel. Might come again.

We stayed at Icon Hotel for 5 nights. The front desk staff and the rest of the employees were very helpful and kind to my family and I. If you're ever visiting or traveling to Chandigarh. Icon Hotel is right for you. We miss India already! Thank you for the hospitality Icon Hotel.
