Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the StayI had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean -- the floors were dirty, and the walls had patchy marks and visible damage. The TV couldn't be turned off properly, and I had to cover the screen with a towel to block the light while trying to sleep.The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it hard to get any rest. The bathroom was poorly stocked -- it only had a small bar of soap and an old, unlabelled bottle of liquid soap that didn't feel hygienic.Security and privacy were also a concern. The room door wasn't fully sealed, and there were gaps that made it possible for someone to look inside from the hallway.Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel needs serious maintenance and better attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.

Worst place to stay. Booked through mmt. Don't know what for they charge. Latches were brooken. Toilet seat was coming out. Wires were open. Insects were creeping in the room. Basic cleaning was missing. Worst experience. Won't suggest this to anyone.

We booked this hotel after seeing few photos and reviews on goibibo & Google as we were in a hurry. Alas, that turned out to be one of our worst stay at a hotel till date. The pics you see on these sites are either highly edited or from some other time in the history. Staff were courteous & polite but the place was really off putting. Even though the location looks convenient, the street where this hotel is located, does not look safe. There were so many people sleeping on the pavement who seemed drunk (we even saw a fight breaking out). Coming to the room, Toilet seat was broken and washroom was smelling like sewer at times, taps were wobbly and doors were shabby. Then there was the horror show of bed bugs at the middle of the night. There was some noise of rats running around we thought, we turned on the lights to check out that, then we saw these bugs all over our pillow. Rest is to be seen from the pics below. To the hotel admin: Please don't do half hearted service when you are being paid in full. Hotels are supposed to be a happy experience for the people who come to the city for many reasons, don't ruin it for them.

Hotel City Paradise has pathetic rooms, not at all clean, the bathrooms have a really foul smell whenever you enter the bathroom. The fan did not the have the knob to rotate. The AC did not work properly with buttons hardly working , no AC remote was provided. I was scammed by the person sitting at the reception who took my booking. Had asked for 2 rooms with an extra mattress, on the call he said he will provide the mattress but at night when we asked for the mattress he straight up said NO stating we denied for the mattress on the phone from our end, and he mentioned it can only be provided at an extra cost. This is straight up fooling the customers and then charging extra money since customers do not have an options left at 10PM in the night. So beware before booking this property. Service was nice . The room was nice . I stayed for 2 days . And there wasn't any problem . You can consider this hotel .5stars

Do not be fooled by the pictures posted here. The rooms are nowhere near to what it is in the images. If you do not want to be bitten by Bedbugs and if you do not want to worry if your luggage will be damaged by cockroaches or rats, then do not stay here.

Nice hotel with good food n ambience .. good environment ..n nice staff ..near to all places.. so I m happy with this hotel experience n will like people to visit n stay as homely environment ..so come n visit n stay ..family n couples ..secured hotel..

It is very similar to what you can find in oyo. Rooms with dampness and dirty linens. The only good part is that it is located in the market.
